Homosexuality isn’t evil to me, there aren’t any issues in African countries involving homosexuals. They aren’t beating and raping women, they are married to children as young as 6 years old.
They aren’t the ones having sex in the streets, dumping trash in the gutters. I don’t understand why years, money and legislation spent on homosexuals is fixing the issues in these countries.
I don’t understand why gays are being chased, when there are so many issues being ignored. Kenyans are struggling with the high cost of living same in Burundi, Ghana and Uganda but when government officials mention homosexuality the citizens get so excited for new legislation.
Uganda was able to pass it’s crazy, insane anti-LGTBQ bill, which was funded and written to mirror one that the American Republicans failed to pass in the US. Funny, how you can use western money and a western anti-LGTBQ bill.
Anyway, the bill has passed and Africans mostly East Africans blamed homosexuality on the famous ‘whites’ from western nations.
Twitter was flooded with hateful comments praising the bill, Ugandans have been under a dictator for 37 years now. Living in the worst poverty on the continent, poverty so severe their Kenyan neighbors issue insults on their country. Kenyans often call Uganda a huge village among other insults.
Ghanians have often blamed every issue in their country on everyone else crime is Nigerians. Poverty is the United States, rising costs was also aimed at American foreigners.
