Two girls Raped & Impregnated by uncle being charged 1,000 GHS for medical documents
This has got to be the worst deterrent from having women file charges for rape in the world

Why do women have to pay the cost for medical testing to prove that they were raped? This is why rape is so under reported in countries like Ghana. Women, mothers and girls are unable to pay the costly documentation fees to prove they’ve been sexually assaulted.
Men who rape walk free without any fear of being arrested or charged. This might be why Ghanians seem to laugh at rape. This is a crime that rarely has convictions since men aren’t being raped it seems funny to them.
Newly developing story being reported by UTV News Ghana about two girls in Ghana’s central region that were sexually assaulted (defiled) by their uncle. This has resulted in the pregnancy of both of the children.
